No refunds after acceptance of files.

I understand that MKT Photography / On Ice Events will make every effort to have images and video will be delivered, via digital download link, within 10 days after the last day of the competition, except in extreme circumstances involving disability, death or disaster. In these circumstances the download link will be delivered as soon as possible. Orders cannot be cancelled or refunded due to expectations of delivery other than these outlined herein. These terms and conditions are final and will not be superseded by any conversation with MKT staff or representatives.  

I hereby grant the MKT Photography permission to use my or my child’s likeness in a photograph, video, or other digital media (“photo”) in any and all of its publications, including web-based publications, without payment or other consideration.

I understand and agree that all photos and video will become the property of the MKT Photography and will not be returned.

I hereby irrevocably authorize the MKT Photography to edit, alter, copy, exhibit, publish, or distribute these photos for any lawful purpose.  In addition, I waive any right to inspect or approve the finished product wherein my likeness appears.  Additionally, I waive any right to royalties or other compensation arising or related to the use of the photo.

I hereby hold harmless, release, and forever discharge the MKT Photography from all claims, demands, and causes of action which I, my heirs, representatives, executors, administrators, or any other persons acting on my behalf or on behalf of my estate have or may have by reason of this authorization.

While we do our best to capture as many beautiful images of your skater as possible, please understand they are not edited and we do not remove the ones that are less than perfect. We expected that photo packages will be at least 30-50 images depending on the length of the skater’s program, generally we capture many more. Of those, some will not be perfectly in focus. Of course we strive to make them all treasures that you will enjoy forever!!

I HAVE READ AND UNDERSTAND THE ABOVE PHOTO RELEASE.  I AFFIRM THAT I AM AT LEAST 18 YEARS OF AGE, OR, IF I AM UNDER 18 YEARS OF AGE, I HAVE OBTAINED THE REQUIRED CONSENT OF MY PARENTS/GUARDIANS
